Noku Oy was founded in early 2006. Our services are based on our principal partner’s over 30 years of hands-on experience in operational management and specialist functions of multinational industrial groups. His experience also includes over 20 years of board of directors work in Finland and in several other countries, as director or company secretary.
Our experience and expertise covers working with both listed and private companies.
We have participated in the planning, management and implementation of nearly 200 M&A transactions and corporate restructurings, including private-to-public and public-to-private transactions, stock exchange listings and delistings.
Noku Oy co-operates with local and international service providers with access to their specialist resources and expertise. We have a close association with Benefit Advisors Oy in matters relating to consultancy and brokerage services in employee/management benefit and life & pension insurance matters; and with Optimum Insurance Consultants Oy regarding consultancy and brokerage services in corporate non-life insurance matters.

Some 20 years´ experience as Company Secretary/Secretary of the Board of Directors in stock listed companies (stock listings in Helsinki, Stockholm, London, Luxembourg, U.S. SEC registration).
Over 20 years´ experience in executive management teams of stock listed international corporations, including directorships in domestic and overseas subsidiaries.
